We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance, especially during peak season (October through April). However, we often have last-minute availability, so don't hesitate to call us even if you need a flight within a few days.

Safety is our top priority. If weather conditions are not suitable for flying, we'll reschedule your flight at no additional charge. We typically make weather decisions the evening before and the morning of your flight, keeping you informed every step of the way.

Plan for approximately 3-4 hours total. This includes check-in, safety briefing, balloon setup, 60-90 minutes of flight time, pack-up, and our traditional champagne celebration. We recommend clearing your entire morning or afternoon.

Yes! Transportation is included in all our flight packages. We'll pick you up from our Phoenix office and transport you to the launch site. After landing, we'll drive you back to retrieve your vehicle. This service ensures you can fully enjoy your experience without worrying about directions or logistics.

Dress in comfortable layers and closed-toe shoes (no sandals or heels). Bring a light jacket as it can be cooler at altitude. Don't forget your camera or phone for photos! We provide everything else you need, including safety equipment and refreshments.
