Wild West Flights provides hot air balloon flight experiences over the Arizona desert. Our services include flight experiences, photography packages, and related recreational activities.

Service Limitations

Booking & Payment Terms

Booking Requirements

  • Valid credit card required for all bookings
  • Full payment due at time of booking
  • Must be 18+ to book (minors require adult supervision)
  • Weight limit: 250 lbs per passenger
  • Health restrictions apply (see safety section)

Payment Policies

  • All major credit cards accepted
  • Prices include taxes and fees
  • Group discounts available (6+ passengers)
  • Gift certificates available for purchase
  • No hidden fees or surprise charges

Booking Confirmation: You will receive email confirmation within 24 hours. If weather affects your scheduled flight, we will contact you 24-48 hours in advance to reschedule.

Full refund or free rescheduling

50% refund or free rescheduling

Less Than 24 Hours

No refund, rescheduling fee applies

Weather Cancellations

Flights cancelled due to weather conditions receive full refund or free rescheduling with no penalties. Safety is our top priority, and we will not fly in unsafe conditions.

Safety Requirements & Liability

Health Restrictions - DO NOT FLY IF YOU HAVE:

  • Recent surgery (within 6 months)
  • Heart conditions or high blood pressure
  • Pregnancy
  • Fear of heights or enclosed spaces
  • Back or neck injuries
  • Unable to stand for 1+ hours
  • Recent alcohol consumption
  • Serious medical conditions

Required Waivers

  • Liability waiver must be signed before flight
  • Photo/video release for marketing use
  • Medical condition disclosure form
  • Emergency contact information required

Our Safety Commitment

Limitation of Liability

Wild West Flights' liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for weather delays, personal property loss, or indirect damages. Participants assume inherent risks of adventure activities. Our maximum liability per person is limited to the cost of the flight package purchased.

User Responsibilities

By booking with Wild West Flights, you agree to follow all safety instructions, arrive on time, and comply with our policies.

Punctuality

Arrive 30 minutes before scheduled departure. Late arrivals may forfeit their flight.

Dress Code

Wear closed-toe shoes, long pants, and layers. No sandals or high heels permitted.

Prohibited Items

No alcohol, smoking, illegal substances, or large bags allowed during flight.
