Absolutely! Hot air ballooning is one of the safest forms of aviation. Our pilots are certified with thousands of flight hours, our equipment undergoes daily inspections, and we maintain a perfect safety record over 17+ years of operation.

Safety is our top priority, so flights may be postponed due to high winds, storms, or poor visibility. We'll contact you 24 hours before your flight with a weather update. If cancelled, you can reschedule or receive a full refund.

We typically fly between 1,000-3,000 feet above ground level, depending on wind conditions and scenic opportunities. At these altitudes, you'll have spectacular panoramic views while still being able to see details on the ground below.

Absolutely! We encourage passengers to bring cameras and phones to capture the incredible views. We recommend securing your devices with a strap. Our crew can also take photos of you during the flight and celebration.

Children must be at least 6 years old and tall enough to see over the basket (approximately 48 inches). Children under 18 require parent/guardian consent. We welcome adventurers of all ages who meet the height and health requirements.

Our baskets accommodate 2-16 passengers depending on the specific balloon and total weight. We carefully balance each flight for optimal safety and comfort. Private basket options are available for couples or small groups.

Wear comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing in layers. Closed-toe shoes are required (no sandals or heels). Long pants are recommended. Temperatures can be cooler at altitude, so bring a light jacket even on warm days.
